The "Strings 2009" Conference will be held in Rome, Italy in the "Aula Magna" of the Angelicum The Pontificia Università S. Tommaso from June 22nd to June 26th 2009, and will be organized by the String Theory Group of the Physics Department and the INFN Section of the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
Structure and target of the Conference
The Strings Conferences run annually since 1995 and have grown with time to be the largest and most important Conferences in this field of research, drawing more than 500 researchers each year. The aim is to review the recent developments in String Theory and to stimulate scientific exchanges among the researchers in the field.

Keeping up with the tradition, besides the scientific talks, the Conference Program will also include some plenary lectures open to the general public.

The program will only include invited talks. No contributed talks will be considered.
